HAWKER | hook type battery group production of traction batteries, is currently the most advanced technology and process, is also the most widely used in the industry's products. Such as forklift truck, locomotive tractor, electric cleaner, electric tour car and many other famous brands of production enterprises are using HAWKERPZS traction battery. In line with DIN standard, the main supporting LINDE (LINDE), HANGCHA(HANGCHA), JUNGHEINRICH (HYSTER), BT, STILL and other European standard forklift. Conforms to JIS/BS standard, mainly supporting NICHIYU (Liziyou), TOYOTA (TOYOTA), TCM, KOMATSU (KOMATSU), SHINKO (SHINKO), NISSAN (NISSAN) and other JIS/BS standard forklifts.
Monomer structure
The HAWKERPZS traction battery uses mature tubular positive plate technology. The positive plate adopts die-cast plate grid, and the active substance is stored in the row pipe of polyester material. The negative plate uses a reinforced plate plate. Between the positive and negative plates are microporous, with a raised diaphragm on one side. The shell of the battery is made of polypropylene material with high i***ct resistance and high temperature resistance, and the shell cover is heat sealed to prevent electrolyte leakage.
A column of terminal
Each positive and negative extremum is cast with lead alloy and copper core terminals with internal threads. The combination of the pole and the compressed sealing apron effectively prevents leakage of the electrolyte.
Battery connection bar
Battery cells are connected using fully insulated halogen-free soft connection strips. Using bolts to fix the connection strips makes it easy and fast to take out and replace battery strings.
The relief valve
Each cell is equipped with a safety valve to allow the gas generated during charging to escape. The operation of adding pure water and measuring the specific gravity of the electrolyte can be carried out through the safety valve. The safety valve also has a battery baffle to prevent electrolyte surge.
